General Foundry Team Members

We have openings in a variety of departments including Molding, Closing, Pouring, and Finishing. All positions are full time with benefits after 90 days. Qualified candidates must be able and willing to:

Requirements

• Be in good physical condition - able to stand for 90% of the shift
• Must be capable of routinely pushing and lifting 50lbs or more
• Maintain a drug free work environment
• Work in a foundry environment with varying temperatures, dust and noise levels
• Excellent manual dexterity, eyesight and physical condition required
• Able to work individually, but as a team member as well
• Read and write basic English
• Have basic math skills – counting, simple addition and subtraction
• Safety-oriented – Wear mandatory safety gear and adhere to prescribed safety practices
• Have reliable transportation, be punctual, and hard-working
